We provide a complete project management service, starting with bid development and finding appropriate partners, through bid submission to all aspects of project management, including reporting, financial management and audit.
We have recently acted as Lead Partner (project co-ordinator) on 9 Interreg projects, as well as being partners in other EU projects.

ASPIRE (Adding to Social capital and individual Potential In disadvantaged REgions) had a total budget of over €10 million and involved partners from the UK and France.
CASCADE – Community Areas of Sustainable Care And Dementia Excellence in Europe – had a budget of over €12 million and involved organisations from 4 countries.
DWELL (Diabetes and WELLbeing) developed an innovative way of tackling Type 2 diabetes. It involved partners across four countries and had a budget of nearly €4 million.
This project(EMPOWERing individuals & communities to manage their own CARE) had a budget of over €7 million and involved 13 partners from four countries.
ENSURE (Everybody counts – vulnerable people) had a budget of over €4 million and brought together partners from four countries.
PATH – PerinAtal menTal Health had a budget of nearly €8 million and involved partners in four countries.
SBS (Step By Step) had a budget of over €4 million and involved 10 organisations across four countries.
SHIFT – Sexual Health In the over ForTy-fives – had a budget of nearly €4 million and involved partners in four countries.
TICC (Transforming Integrated Care in the Community) had a budget of over €8 million and involved 14 partners in four countries.
Currently under development, RESILAB is focusing on resilience for engagement in the labour market in the 1st 1000 Days.
