The Health and Europe Centre has more than 20 years’ experience in large-scale research and service improvement collaboration within the health sector. This includes cross-sectoral partnership building, project development and project management. We have successfully bid for and managed over €70 million of EU projects between 2014-20. As a convenor of different organisations covering national health and social care bodies, local government, third sector organisations, SMEs and universities, we focus on finding co-created solutions to specific issues, together with our expert lead partner skills, to create dynamic project partnership and saves valuable time and resources.

Established in UK the late 1990s, and more recently in Ireland, as not-for-profit organisations, our speciality is EU funded project development and support for the health and social care sectors. We provide an end-to-end service in terms of developing an idea, finding an appropriate funding stream, building the consortium, writing and submitting the bid, and then project managing the project, ensuring it runs on time and on budget. Through this in-depth work, we have developed a unique and profound understanding of how health and social care systems operate and how innovation can be practically transferred and implemented between countries. Our experience and expertise can benefit health and social care, wellbeing and research organisations – whether statutory or voluntary.
